 Raintree Country Club cordially invites you to join us on a tour of our breathtaking Grand Ballroom and Country Club.  Nestled in the woods, among a spectacular country setting Raintree Country Club is just minutes from Akron and North Canton.

Our spacious and elegantly decorated Ballroom may seat up to 400 guests.  We are proud to present you with a collection of buffet, sit down dinner and hors d'oeuvre suggestions designed to create a gracious atmosphere.

The banquet staff is very accommodating and would be happy to customize a menu to suite your needs.

Raintree Country Club can offer you individualized attention in the planning and servicing of your special occasion.  You will discover there is a comfort and convenience knowing our professional banquet staff is handling the preparations for your up coming event. Deposits
For events scheduled on Sunday through Friday deposits are based on estimated attendance.  Your contract must be signed and returned with a non-refundable deposit, to insure the date and availability of the room along with specified items.  Our catering staff will contact you 30 days prior to your event to finalize your arrangements and handle any details regarding your menu.  Your advanced deposit will be applicable to any charges incurred by the individual or group sponsoring the event.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing prior to the scheduled event.  A cancellation fee of 100% of your security deposit will be charged if the Ballroom cannot be reserved for another use comparable to the scheduled event.

Guarantees
A final guarantee of attendance of all banquet events and outings must be made 7 days prior to the date of the actual event.  If no advanced guarantee is received Raintree Country Club will charge for the number of guests expected, shown on your contract.  If the final food and beverage guarantee is less than one half (50%) of your contracted attendance, Raintree Country Club will assess your group and an additional room charge may be added to your master bill.  A minimum of 250 guests in attendance is required for a Saturday evening function, along with the requirement of our food and bar service.  Due to Economic conditions Raintree Country Club can not guarantee Prices. Acceptable method of payment for your final invoice is cash, check or money order.

Additional Charges
All events contracted through Raintree Country Club are subject to a 20% service charge.  Seminars, meetings & wedding ceremonies performed on premises are subject to a minimum of $1.50 per person set up fee.  State sales tax will be added to your master invoice. A tax exempt organization is required to present a Blanket Exemption Certificate for our records.
